Jacko Sued for Not Paying for His Meds

Michael JacksonTMZ has learned that a Beverly Hills pharmacy claims Michael Jackson ran up a $100,000 tab for prescription meds, but never paid.

TMZ has obtained the lawsuit, filed Wednesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, by drugstore to the stars Mickey Fine Pharmacy. The store, which often delivers its wares via motorcycle, alleges they had an oral agreement with Jackson to pay for any prescriptions they filled. The pharmacy claims Jackson made his last payment to them in mid-2005. According to the documents, the pharmacy made "repeated requests for payment." Perhaps Jacko thought that "oral agreement" was related to how to take the pills.

They are asking for the $101,926.66 they are owed, plus court costs and other relief. Jackson's asking for a glass of water and a napkin.

Calls to Jackson's reps were not immediately returned.

1. This is NOT the first person he owes money to. He owes money to several businesses who trusted this moronic child molester. Just because he's a celebrity, doesn't mean he isn't scum! He is just "black trash" with money.

4. Wow I hope as this case progresses we get to see a list of the meds and over what period of time this amount accrued. Maybe we've got another Rush Limbaugh case in the making?

5. Bills, bills, bills. Is there anyone he doesn't owe money to? Now that he wore out his welcome in Bahrain, maybe his "comeback" in Vegas can help him pay off his drug bill. $101, 926?! What was he taking?! Must've been good stuff.

6. The sale of his storage unit should have tipped his creditors off . How can someone let that amount of valuable rock and roll memories go for around 500,000 . One costume was sold for over a million . Jacko was probably driving the wrong way on the freeway when it happened . Dickhead . Kudos' to Latoya and her " Armed and Famous " appearence . Its' giving her confidence she can do other things besides look pretty . Of course she is the hot body in the Jackson clan . Janet ? I expect her to reveal at any moment that she really is a man . Dickhead .

13. In some way I blame these companies for allowing "celebrities" to run-up "tabs". Especially when said celebrities are known for not paying bills and in Jackson's case it has ben well documented in the media that he has been BROKE for several years. He only gets money from taking loans against and selling off his publishing ownership.

Jacko is the equivalent of a "regular" person living off credit cards and taking out home equity loans to pay the minimum payments, racking up unpaid medical bills, etc.

I don't know about you, but when I need a prescription ( or just about anything else) I have to pay for it then. When I go to the doctor they expect payment that day and when I go tget the medicine filled, I have to pay it. If only I were famous but had even less money, I wouldnt have to pay for anything.
