Jacko Sued for Not Paying for His Meds

Michael JacksonTMZ has learned that a Beverly Hills pharmacy claims Michael Jackson ran up a $100,000 tab for prescription meds, but never paid.

TMZ has obtained the lawsuit, filed Wednesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, by drugstore to the stars Mickey Fine Pharmacy. The store, which often delivers its wares via motorcycle, alleges they had an oral agreement with Jackson to pay for any prescriptions they filled. The pharmacy claims Jackson made his last payment to them in mid-2005. According to the documents, the pharmacy made "repeated requests for payment." Perhaps Jacko thought that "oral agreement" was related to how to take the pills.

They are asking for the $101,926.66 they are owed, plus court costs and other relief. Jackson's asking for a glass of water and a napkin.

Calls to Jackson's reps were not immediately returned.

31. Lets get one thing straight, #l and #7 Michael is a white female. Now that we have that clear. You can almost see the writing on the wall for Michael, career is in a nosedive, plastic surgery gone bad, can't put two nickels together and is a child toucher. 32. it is so hard to believe that the man does not have health insurance. I don't think that it is fair to call him a drug addict everyone knows that the government is allowing drug companies to raise their prices to outlandish amounts to supposedly fund research all the while people who are on fixed income have to make a choice between their medication and food. poor Michael he is so sad he needs to go overseas and stay there they still love him.

33. how do you run up a pharmacy tab of over $100,000? Jacko's an ass and the pharmacy manager that ever allowed a dead beat celebrity like Jacko get into them for over $100K should be fired. I hope Jacko completely flops in Vegas. Perhaps only then will realize (like one of his album titles) that he's "Bad". This human freak has gone on for too long.

36. I own a pharmacy and to run up bills in excess of 100,000 is unheard of. It must have taken many years to do so and shame on the pharmacy for allowing this. But i am sure this was allowed as a way of free advertisement..
