Knife Pix Don't Stick Minnillo

A few dicey photos taken a year ago with Lindsay Lohan and a knife may fork with her career, but they won't keep Vanessa Minnillo from getting some tasty grub.

TMZ caught the former "TRL" host with boyfriend Nick Lachey leaving Joseph's Cafe in Hollywood last night (where they make one helluva falafel). Minnillo was looking great -- despite the horror of pictures making the rounds -- showing Lindsay Lohan holding a knife to her throat -- or was that someone who just looks like Vanessa?

Nick's bro Drew and wife Lea, Lance Bass and galpal "Entourage" hottie Emmanuelle Chriqui, Wilmer Valderrama -- and his hot Lamborghini -- and DJ Paul from Three 6 Mafia were all at the restaurant/club last night.

Also out last night were Kim Kardashian and "The Departed" badass Ray Winstone at Koi, and Stevie Wonder back for more dumplings at Mr. Chow with rapper Won G.

All this and more in today's don't-cut-me edition of Star Catcher.

31. Again the same thing over and over, so what they took pictures with knives so what. Give it a rest. How do you not know it was posed for effect. What is wrong with all of you, how is this going to ruin someone's career when you see worse than that on TV every single day.

33. I really liked Vanessa and thought she seemed to get on well with Nick. Now, I think differently. I really think Nick Lachey should rethink his relationship with Vanessa. From the way she has portrayed herself in the media as compared to these pictures - not good - not good at all. I don't think she is who she portends to be. Run Nick.

34. I feel bad for Vanessa, how was she suppose to know she have a physco on her hands. If anything, Lindsey is the one to blame. I feel people should leave VM alone. I hope this doesn't hurt her career. I have to give her & Nick credit for keeping themselves low key. Since his divorce, you don't see him parading around. He's trying to avoid all this stuff. JS is the one that's putting her twins in magazines. Leave NL & VM alone.

35. These photos were from June, 2006 and released by some site in the UK . Who said Vanessa was a druggie? I don't think these are going to affect her career. Nick's Mom was a drug counselor so I don't think Nick would be dating her if she was.Yes, JS is the one desperate for media attention.JS is the one with questionable behavior.

37. I like Nick & Vanessa! I never knew who she was before Nick so I just thought they were a cute couple. She looks great in a bikini, and with no makeup, as anyone can see from the pics of her & Nick in the Bahamas. She made a bad decision a year ago, I'm sure she regrets hanging out with LL, hopefully she recovers from this and has a great career. She's doing well compared to some celebrities that have done nothing to become famous and are now back in jail!

40. to answer the question how do you know if they were coked up... just look at the pupils, duh. if they are dialated, there on some stimulant, or some substance... i.e.. x, coke, meth.. so the pupils so tell all..
and no.. your pupils don't dialate like that from booze.

44. I only liked nick because he was so cute with jessica simpson.
Nick seems to like hanger ons.. like his brother..who doesn't seem to have a job of his own. Vanessa who is a drunken slut.....
I think most of us americans would prefer she just dissapear and leave nick alone.
Nick needs to really think about his career now, instead of having sex with this slut all the time.. sex and partying gets old after a while.
He needs a sweet girl like jessica.
I blame jessica's father for there break up..
He is only trying to become famous himself...
I think nick and jess are soulmates........
Nick needs to leave this IT(Monster) party girl alone....
She needs to go on playboy and be a VJ at least that is something she knows about.
