Britney -- Worst. Witness. Ever.

TMZ has learned Britney Spears had quite the interaction today with L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon, and she dug a hole deeper than a Louisiana swamp.

We're told Spears had a back and forth with the Commish that lasted approximately 40 minutes. She constantly interrupted him and at times was extremely sarcastic. At one point she started thanking the judge for what he had done, but her tone was heavily laced with disdain.

We're told the Commish explained to Spears how she had gotten to the point she's at -- why defying the various orders she was supposed to comply with raised concerns that she was not a responsible person. Spears didn't get it. She was at times contentious, argumentative and condescending.

We're told K-Fed's lawyer didn't object to her testimony, it was so bad. One description of today's testimony, pretty simple -- "Appalling."

TMZ is twisting the story around, Because something doesn't sound right. If Britney went in there with that atitude I would think a Judge would find against her. But No he granted her a night over with ther Kids, HMMMMMM, Maybe i'll go and check at a site which is trusted. lol.

67. 51. It's all Britney's fault isn't it. I guess it doesn't help that you have an arrogant and ignorant judge tht won't listen to the real facts. She is a mucfh better parent than lowlife KFed. At least she has the ability to generate money, something he can only do with that monthly support check from Britney. If he is such a great dad why didn't he put this much effort in trying to get his other kids he has. There's no money there that's why.

Yeah, because abuse can NEVER HAPPEN if the parents are rich, right? Why don't you look up Brett Reider to see some abuse by a rich parent. Brett killed his mother because of all the abuse, and because nobody stepped in to stop it. How about the Melendez brothers, too? Money means NOTHING, it cannot buy a good, loving, caring parent. Apparently all Shiatney's cash hasn't bought her parenting skills, or gotten her to stop flashing her STD-ridden gash. It isn't getting her to stay at home at night, and stop drinking, doing drugs, and sleeping with anything with a pulse. She's pathetic, and her money cannot change that, and if you think having money makes a parent a GOOD parent, then you are a hopeless idiot, just like your idol Shiatney. I hope you never have kids, or become a judge, because you will be snowed by the abusive parents and their money. People like you make me sick. You should be ashamed of yourself.

73. Court spokesperson Allan Parachini said that Spears did speak in court and her voice was soft and respectful.

So the above comment about her being respectful, was this before or after she was trashing the judge.
