Britney -- Worst. Witness. Ever.

TMZ has learned Britney Spears had quite the interaction today with L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon, and she dug a hole deeper than a Louisiana swamp.

We're told Spears had a back and forth with the Commish that lasted approximately 40 minutes. She constantly interrupted him and at times was extremely sarcastic. At one point she started thanking the judge for what he had done, but her tone was heavily laced with disdain.

We're told the Commish explained to Spears how she had gotten to the point she's at -- why defying the various orders she was supposed to comply with raised concerns that she was not a responsible person. Spears didn't get it. She was at times contentious, argumentative and condescending.

We're told K-Fed's lawyer didn't object to her testimony, it was so bad. One description of today's testimony, pretty simple -- "Appalling."

91. Wow! That comes as no surprise. She is such a Bi-atch. She doesn't even want her kids. She has the mental capacity of a child. She treats her children like "TOYS" (but worse). She only wants them when she cant have them and when she doesn't get what she wants she cries and has an adult tantrum. Just like a young child that had their toy taken away. Except Brittany never learns.

93. It's a shame most of you people were loving her not even a year ago and you are all over her like dogs. If you ask me I think Fed-EX is telling the paps where she is. Is she on drugs, hell I don't know and don't care. Does she drink? So what, who doesn't. Is she a bad mom? What proof do you idiots have of her being a bad mom? Are are children being abused? Is she straving them? Are they being beaten? So what she goes out? Who doesn't go out on occasion? WHAT HAS SHE DONE THAT MAKES HER A BAD MOM? I am not a fan of her or her music. Who are the children better off with? "The man that abandoned his other children? Why didn't he go after Shar Jackson's children? The answer is simple she wasn't rich enough.

98. How forward looking was the family guy episode where they joked about the future britney in a wheel chair with one leg (diabetic), wheeling on chair "dang im sexy".

it turns out that this is the best future she can hope for.

101. The only reason she got an overnight at all is because it's supervised. Still, I can't believe she'd be that obnoxious with a judge and still get anything granted...but I guess that came with the consent of counsel on both sides. Otherwise, it would have never happened.

I feel sorry for her. I truly do. She's upset. I truly believe that she loves her children. But she's so mentally ill that I think she believes that those in charge are acting unfair to her. She doesn't have her kids, and she's too sick to realize why that is.

Debbie, as someone who works in the courts, then you should know that in a closed hearing, TMZ wouldnt really have a "source" - so I am assuming you are one of those people who believes everything you read. And let's not forget that Fed "agreed" to this, so there is no way on this green earth his lawyer or the Judge would agree if she was a douche like they say she was. everyone else is reporting she was fine, they only report the negative on here, which sucks. at least do it both ways, he's an admitted drug user, and his other babies' momma just confirmed it on video, how do you feel about that as dealing w/this issue all the time?

105. I just feel that Brittany needs to learn a little humility. I do feel we all deserve to experience the best things in life. Her babies most of all. Brittany has made many bad choices in her life but she can get back on track if she really tries. It's not going to be easy. And I'm glad her mother has come to help her. I do wonder if some of her odd behaviors are due to some mental health issues as well as her out of control substance abuse issues. Hopefully her mom can convince her to get the help she desperately needs. So far I'm not real encouraged.
