One of the guys who was allegedly held at gunpoint when OJ Simpson tried getting his stuff back is now suing the jailed killer, claiming he suffered multiple heart attacks as a result of the robbery and that Simpson is responsible.
Bruce Fromong filed the personal injury lawsuit in Las Vegas. Fromong is a memorabilia dealer who had some of Simpson's stuff in a Las Vegas hotel room when OJ came a callin'.
Fromong claims as a result of Simpson's violent rampage, he suffered "great bodily injury." Fromong's lawyer tells us the "great bodily injury" is several heart attacks. He's suing for infliction of emotional distress, negligence as well as assault and battery.
Fromong is suing for unspecified compensatory and punitive damages. OJ's assets are sketchy, but we're told Fromong is banking on Simpson's homeowners policy paying the damages.
By the way, we called Simpson a killer because a civil jury found he slaughtered Ron Goldman and Nicole Brown Simpson. We also called him a killer because he's a killer.

O.J. Simpson still thinks he's innocent -- 'cause the murdering murderer-slash-armed robber is playin' the race card in the hopes of springing himself from the bowels of a Nevada state prison.
Simpson filed an appeal Tuesday with the Nevada Supreme Court over that hotel room confrontation where he punked two sports memorabilia dealers. Simpson is crying that his conviction was tainted by judicial misconduct, a lack of racial diversity on the jury and errors in sentencing and jury instructions.
OJ is set to serve anywhere between 9 -33 years -- no word if he's still trying to hunt down the "real killer" from behind bars.

Hulk Hogan says he was taken out of context when he was quoted as saying, "I totally understand OJ"... referring to the conflict with his ex-wife Linda. But Hulk's explanation may have made things worse.

Last night in Clearwater, FL the Hulkster said his Rolling Stone interview was a 3-day long affair, in which he said he was really the anti-OJ Simpson. But here's the thing. Last night, he explained, "I didn't do the OJ Simpson thing. I took the high road."
The high road -- not slitting your wife's throat.

Hulk Hogan thinks O.J. Simpson may have had a point -- when he slit his ex wife's throat.

Hulk sees a parallel between the plights of poor O.J. and himself. Hulk just told Rolling Stone: "You live half a mile from the 20,000-square-foot home you can't go to anymore, you're driving through downtown Clearwater and see a 19-year-old boy driving your Escalade, and you know that a 19-year-old boy is sleeping in your bed, with your wife . . . I totally understand OJ. I get it."
Kato, your room is ready...
UPDATE: Linda Hogan's rep just issued a statement: "We have always maintained that the fear that Linda has had to live with comes from the rage and instability much too often associated with pro wrestlers." The statement goes on: "Linda and her family are taking these recent homicidal comments seriously."
The statement concludes by saying Linda's attorney is weighing his legal options.
UPDATE #2: Hulk's attorney, David R. Houston, tells us, "Page 6 only quoted a very small portion of the Rolling Stone article, not the statement in its entirety. He said that he understands the frustration that can lead to that sort of activity but he definitely does not condone it. He is grounded in his faith and a belief in a higher power and does not believe in violence for any reason."

It looks like former Atlanta Falcons QB and current dog-killing inmate Michael Vick is following in O.J. Simpson's footsteps -- he's shopping around a book about his life and crimes.
The proposed memoir of Vick's rise from poverty to stardom would likely be an attempt to show the NFL that he's sorry enough to be let back in the league. You know, sorry about the dogs, dog fighting and dog imprisonment, but also sorry for going to jail for 23 months. Remember, this is the NFL... it's almost impossible to get suspended forever. They still like O.J. and he killed his wife got imprisoned for stealing memorabilia.
The book will likely be a mixture of the "Da Vinci Code" and O.J.'s "If I Did It." Except with more dog torture. And 100% ghostwritten.

Fred Goldman isn't finished with O.J. yet -- well, O.J.'s stuff, to be exact.
Goldman's lawyers are filing an action against Mike Gilbert -- the memorabilia dealer who claims O.J. confessed to killing Ron and Nicole -- asking a judge to force Mike to give Fred everything he has that's Juice-related.
A letter to Gilbert's lawyers says the dealer promised to give Goldman the property during an appearance on the "Dr. Phil Show", but he never did.
Goldman is also filling a temporary restraining order against Gilbert -- a hearing is set for Dec. 12.

Killer O.J. Simpson's killer arrogance torpedoed his chance for a get-out-of-jail card.
The man who hacked two people to death (relax, a civil jury said he did) was offered a plea deal but rejected it. According to the prosecutor, "Mr. Simpson wanted something just short of a public apology" and rejected a deal that would have kept him in the pokey for less time than his sentence -- 9 to 33 years.
Like we've said before, it was only a matter of time ...

O.J. Simpson was sentenced to nine years in prison, a judge ordered today.

O.J. pleaded his case to the judge before she sentenced him, but to no avail.
Simpson was convicted on October 3 of 12 criminal counts, including kidnapping, armed robbery and burglary after he and a few pals broke into a Nevada hotel room in an attempt to recover allegedly stolen sports memorabilia. Two of the counts were dismissed at the beginning of today's hearing.
Simpson's cohort, CJ Stewart, was also sentenced to 16 years. He is eligible for parole after six.
David Cook, a lawyer for the Goldman family, tells TMZ, "Fred Goldman is certainly going to wish Mr. Simpson a pleasant journey."

O.J. and co-defendant Clarence Stewart were denied any hope of a new trial on Friday, and they will continue to face multiple kidnapping and armed robbery convictions.
Defense lawyer Brent Bryson claimed the juror foreman, Paul Connelly, was guilty of misconduct after it was discovered that he was dismissed from a previous job for alleged racial slurs. Connelly also allegedly told reporters after the conviction he thought O.J. "should have gotten life in prison" for the murder of Nicole Simpson.
The judge made it clear that defense attorneys "were not under any illusions" about Connelly's beliefs prior to the trial as she denied the motion.
Simpson and Stewart currently face possible life sentences.
