This poor guy didn't realize his lift pass came with an impromptu upside down peep show.
According to The Smoking Gun, this bizarre chairlift mishap left the Vail skier dangling head over heels for 15 minutes freezing his ass off -- for reals!
Employees of the Blue Sky Basin eventually got the man down before he could fall through the, er, crack.
BTW -- in the guy's defense, it was really cold.

A healthier looking Tom Brady was back in full-on "errand boy" mode yesterday, testing out his poor, quasi-rehabilitated knee at an L.A. grocery store ... while his fiancee Gisele probably was lounging around somewhere.
Dude still wouldn't comment about his engagement, but we will: It's very, very real!!

So here it is ... the surveillance footage that cops believe shows Charles Barkley blowing through a stop sign -- and picking up the mystery woman he allegedly claimed had a very special oral skill-set.
The tape -- which also shows a cop car from the DUI task force pursuing Barkley -- was shot from a nearby building in Scottsdale, Arizona on December 31. You first see a woman walking down the street. A short time later, you see Barkley's SUV blow a stop sign, and head in her direction. It appears the SUV stops up the street and picks her up.
Then a cop car comes into frame and chases after the SUV, stopping it for good.
The time code embedded in the footage is one hour off from the time marked in the police report, but we've learned the camera was programmed for Pacific standard time -- not Arizona time -- which is an hour ahead. We're told the camera could only program Pacific, Central and Eastern time.
Barkley is set to face a judge for his DUI arrest on January 20th ... As for the chick, we're thinkin' Sir Charles simply blew that one -- how's that for irony?

Former NBA and "Best Damn Sports" star John Salley should have learned by now ... you don't tug on Superman's cape, and you don't mess around with the most feared legal pit bull in Hollywood.
Marty Singer -- who has struck the fear of God in people who messed with celebs like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bruce Willis, Jim Carrey, Celine Dion and on and on -- is suing Salley for stiffing him on a serious legal bill.
Singer's firm, Lavely & Singer, was hired to have Salley's back after dude was sued back in 2005 allegedly for physically and mentally abusing his supposed mistress.
Singer's firm claims Salley has ignored repeated requests to pay the $50,599.22 bill, so it's game on in L.A. County Superior Court.
By the way, the case brought by the alleged mistress eventually was dismissed. No word if there was a settlement.

The Round Mound of Rebound has finally found ... a DUI lawyer!
Sir Charles just hired Scott Maasen, a criminal defense attorney in Scottsdale who specializes in DUI cases -- and the guy is already going on a serious PR offensive.
So far, Maasen has already launched an independent investigation into the case and managed to get the basketball star to finally talk about it:
"Mr. Barkley, who has no prior DUI convictions, believes wholeheartedly in the court system and is cooperating fully with the court's process. Mr. Barkley wishes to thank family, friends and his ardent fans for their tremendous outpouring of support during this difficult time."
Barkley is set to appear in court on January 20.

Six bottles of alcohol -- $1800. A healthy tip -- $360. Getting busted for DUI -- priceless.
TheDirty.com was able to get a copy of Sir Charles Barkley's receipt from the Dirty Pretty Rock Bar where Chuck, Jaleel White (aka Urkel) and Michael Strahan partied well into the morning.
Considering how much alcohol they ordered, someone must have helped him compute the perfect 20% tip.

Did he do that?
Charles Barkley was hangin' with a celebrity party posse before he was popped for DUI in Arizona early this morning -- and were told one of the guys in his crew was Jaleel White -- aka Steve Urkel!
Barkley spent Tuesday evening at a Scottsdale nightclub called Dirty/Pretty. Sources at the club tell our pals at TheDirty.com that Barkley, Urkel and former NFL superstar Michael Strahan were boozin' it up at their own private table.
Sources close to the situation also tell TMZ Barkley had some interesting accessories in his car when he was popped at the DUI checkpoint -- wine coolers and bear claw donuts. Seriously.
No word if Barkley had driven drunk to the donut shop -- or if they were stashed away from an earlier munchie run. We'll keep you posted.

Larry Fitzgerald -- the star wide receiver for the Arizona Cardinals -- has been ordered to stay away from his baby mama and his 11-month-old son after he allegedly knocked her around a room and pulled her hair out.
Angela Nazario claims she brought the couple's son to visit Larry at his Phoenix home last October when the former lovers began arguing.
Nazario alleges in her legal papers filed in Arizona, Fitzgerald attempted to "diffuse the situation" by raising his fist and challenging her to a play fight. Nazario admits she responded by swinging at him and "may have hit his face."
Fitzgerald then turned from playful to enraged, allegedly pushing Nazario down to her knees. She claims he "grabbed me by my hair with both hands on the back of my head very very hard and tossed me across the room."
Later, when she tried to leave with her son, Nazario says Fitzgerald "grabbed the back of my neck and slammed me down on the marble floor ... [I] was disoriented for awhile and could not get up, I remember he mumbled something about 'that's what happens when you try taking my son away from me.'" As she got in the car to leave she realized she had lost "chunks" of hair.
Calls to Fitzgerald have not been returned.

There's a post on a USC football website detailing yesterday's team meeting where coach Pete Carroll, "showed the video ... giving the players plenty of opportunities to laugh at each other and also offering a teachable moment. He reviewed some current events with the players, including Biden's role as the next VP and Blagojevich's scandal."
Carroll was also quoted as saying, "Our players were clearly not on their game last night at Lawry's ... We've got some things to work on."
